Screen recording works on a computer.
Phone browsers don't let web pages record the screen. Your phone has its own recorder: on iPhone, add Screen Recording in Control Center; on Android, swipe down and tap Screen record.
Settings
Chrome and Edge can record a tab's sound, and on Windows the whole computer's sound. Firefox and Safari can't record computer sound.
The camera bubble needs Chrome, Edge or Safari.
The bubble appears in whole-screen recordings only.
For long recordings: choose the file first, and the video is written to it as it records. Chrome and Edge.
