Memberhub is provided by MCUBEUSA, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), which operates the websites memberhub.live and app.memberhub.live. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
By using Memberhub, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider, Auth0. You may also provide a profile photo and display name.
If you create or join an organization, we store the organization name, member lists, roles, and data you enter into Memberhub tools (events, classes, reservations, database records, files, pages, etc.).
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVC on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We receive and store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
We collect basic usage data such as pages visited, features used, and timestamps. This data is used solely to improve the service and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
When you use the free Calendar Print page (memberhub.live/print), the calendar links you paste are sent to our server only to download that calendar and draw your printout. The downloaded calendar is kept in memory for at most 5 minutes so that changing options does not download it again. Links and calendar contents are never saved to disk, never logged in full and never shared. Your print options (not your links) are remembered in your browser's local storage. The page loads all of its code, including the PDF viewer, from memberhub.live itself; no third-party service receives your visit or your calendar. Calendar files you upload are kept in memory for at most 30 minutes so the preview can re-render, and are never saved to disk, logged or shared.
The free Image Editor (memberhub.live/image) works entirely in your browser: the photo you open is never sent to our server. If you choose "Keep this", the image is stored only in your browser's own storage so it can be added to your account after you sign up or sign in; it is used for at most 24 hours, after which it is deleted the next time you open the Image Editor or sign in. It is uploaded to us only at that point, and is deleted from your browser once saved. The page loads all of its code from memberhub.live itself; no third-party service receives your visit or your image. We count anonymously, without cookies, how often a photo is opened and how often Keep this is used — never anything about the image.

The free QR Code Generator (memberhub.live/qr) works entirely in your browser: what you type and any logo you add are never sent to our server, and nothing you type is saved — not even in your browser; only the last tab you used is remembered. The page loads all of its code from memberhub.live itself; no third-party service receives your visit. We count anonymously, without cookies, how often a code is made and downloaded and in which format — never what the code contains.
The free PDF tool (memberhub.live/pdf) shows page previews in your browser without sending anything. When you choose to save, the files you added are sent to our server only to build your result: they are processed in memory for that request, never written to disk, logged or shared, and deleted as soon as your download is sent. We keep only anonymous counts — how often files are added and which kind of save is used, plus the number of pages and bytes per request — never file names or contents. The page loads all of its code from memberhub.live itself.
The free Secret Sharing tool (memberhub.live/secret) encrypts what you enter in your browser before anything is uploaded. The key exists only in the part of the link after the # sign, which browsers never send to us, so we cannot read your secret. We store only the encrypted data, and delete it as soon as it is viewed, when it expires (at most 7 days), or after 5 wrong passphrase tries. Encrypted data may remain in our database backups for their retention period, but it cannot be read without the link. The page loads all of its code from memberhub.live itself. We keep only anonymous counts, without cookies, of how often secrets are created and opened — never their contents.
The free Scheduling Poll (memberhub.live/poll) stores the poll's title and options, the names, answers and comments people enter, and, only if the organizer chooses to add one, the organizer's email address. Anyone who has the share link can see the answers, so share it only with the people you want to include. Polls are deleted automatically 30 days after their last date. The email address is used only for notifications about that one poll, is not used until it has been confirmed, and is removed from the poll when you unsubscribe or the poll is deleted. The page loads all of its code from memberhub.live itself. We keep only anonymous counts, without cookies, of how often polls are created, answered and decided.
Time Zone Planner runs entirely in your browser. Your list of places is remembered only in this browser; a shared link contains only the places and the time you chose. We keep only anonymous counts, without cookies, of how often the link, calendar file and poll hand-off are used.
Image Converter converts and resizes your images entirely in your browser; they are never uploaded. Location and camera details are removed from every image. If you choose Edit, the original photo is stored briefly in this browser until the Image Editor opens it; it is deleted then, or, if the editor never opens it, on your next visit once it is more than 10 minutes old. We keep only anonymous counts, without cookies, of how often images are converted and downloaded as a ZIP.

Icon Creator runs entirely in your browser; your image is never uploaded and nothing is kept after you close the page. We keep only anonymous counts, without cookies, of how often icons, favicon packs and PNGs are downloaded.
3D Viewer runs entirely in your browser; your files are never uploaded and nothing is kept after you close the page. We keep only anonymous counts, without cookies, of how often models are opened and PNGs saved.
Send Large Files encrypts your files in your browser before upload; we store only encrypted data, never file names or contents, and delete it after the expiry or download limit (download links already issued stop working within 6 hours). To limit abuse we keep a one-way hash of your network address for 2 days.
Sign-up sheets store the sheet, its slots and the names and notes people enter, on our server, until 30 days after the last date (or 90 days after the last activity). Links are unguessable; we keep no IP addresses. If the organizer adds an email address for notifications, it is stored until the sheet is deleted or they remove it. To limit abuse we keep a one-way hash of your network address for 2 days.
Fill & Sign PDF runs entirely in your browser; your PDF, signature and seal are never uploaded and nothing is kept after you close the page.
Request a Signature: document contents, document names, messages, field values and the PDF are encrypted in your browser and cannot be read by us. To provide the signing record and emails, we keep the sender's email address (it must be confirmed), the signer's typed name, times, status and SHA-256 fingerprints of the original and the signed PDF. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 24 hours, unsigned requests 14 days after confirmation, and signed documents 30 days after signing; cancelled requests are deleted at once. After a request ends, an empty record (its id, status and dates) is kept for 30 days so its links can say it has ended. Daily counters keep only salted one-way hashes of the network and of the sender's email address, for 2 days, to limit abuse. The email logs for a request are deleted when it ends. We keep no IP addresses.
PDF Review: the PDF, its title, names and notes are encrypted in your browser, and the keys stay in the part of the link after the #, so we cannot read them. To run the review we keep the optional notification email address (it must be confirmed before any update is sent; update emails only say how many new notes there are, or the date the review will be deleted), times, sizes and note statuses. Unfinished reviews are deleted after 60 minutes. A review is deleted 30 days after its last activity, or 30 days after it is closed, and never later than 90 days after it was created. After a review ends, an empty record (its id, status and dates) is kept for 30 days so its links can say it has ended. Daily counters keep only salted one-way hashes of the network, of the review and of the owner's email address, for 2 days, to limit abuse. The email logs for a review are deleted when it ends. We keep no IP addresses.
Compress PDF, Images to PDF and PDF to images run entirely in your browser; your files are never uploaded and nothing is kept after you close the page.
Invoice Maker runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type is uploaded. If you tick 'Remember my business details', your own business details are saved in this browser only, until you untick it or choose Forget. When you press Send for signature, the quote PDF is kept briefly in this browser only to hand it to Request a Signature; it is deleted when that page opens it, or after 10 minutes.
Envelope & Postcard Addressing runs entirely in your browser; your address list is never uploaded or kept. If you tick 'Remember my sender details', only your own sender details are saved in this browser.
Name Badges runs entirely in your browser; your list and logo are never uploaded or stored. If you tick "Remember on this device", only the design settings are kept in this browser.
Certificates runs entirely in your browser; your list and images are never uploaded or stored. If you tick "Remember on this device", only the design and wording settings are kept in this browser.
Raffle & Team Picker runs entirely in your browser; your list is never uploaded and nothing is kept after you close the page.
Fake Data Generator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you make is uploaded, and your setup is saved on this device only if you tick "Remember my setup on this device".
Screen Recorder runs entirely in your browser. Your recording is never uploaded; it stays on your computer until you save it. If you tick "Remember my settings on this device", only your recording settings are kept in this browser.
Time Clock stores, on our server, the clock's name and rules, people's names and optional pay rates, clock-in/out and break times, correction notes and the edit history, and the optional manager email. Shifts are deleted after 13 months; a time clock unused for 90 days is deleted. Links are unguessable; we keep no IP addresses, only a daily per-network counter (a salted hash, kept 2 days) to limit abuse. We are not your legal record keeper — keep your own copies.
We use cookies and local storage for authentication tokens and to remember your preferences such as theme (dark/light mode) and language selection. See Section 6 for details.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls.
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics tracking cookies, or any third-party tracking technologies. We do not participate in ad networks or sell your data to advertisers.
On our public landing page we count anonymous interactions — for example how many visits opened the pricing section, or used the interactive city — so we can tell which parts are useful. These counts use no cookies and no identifier that outlives the page: a random reference exists only while the page is open, is never stored on your device, and cannot connect one visit to another or to you. We do not record your IP address, and we honour Do Not Track.
We retain your personal information and organization data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

Memberhub is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
